Carlos Ponce is a Puerto Rican actor, singer, and television personality who has had a prolific career in both Latin America and the United States. He began his career in entertainment as a child, starring in commercials and participating in local theater productions. Ponce's big break came in 1993 when he was cast in the Spanish-language soap opera "Guadalupe," which garnered him widespread recognition. He subsequently appeared in several other telenovelas, solidifying his status as a leading man in the genre. Ponce's charisma and talent also led him to a successful music career, with his self-titled debut album “Carlos Ponce”, reaching the #1 spot on the Latin Billboards and a Double Platinum Award.

He has appeared in numerous English-language television shows and movies, including  7th Heaven," "Lipstick Jungle," “Deuce Bigalow”, Couples Retreat,” “Spy”, and “Murder Mystery 2”.  He has also served as a correspondent on “Entertainment Tonight” and has also lent his voice to animated films such as "Rio" and "Spy Kids: All the Time in the World."
